Homeland Security Careers

A Homeland Security degree is for those who are committed to serving their country through a variety of possible careers all over the world. Most job opportunities in Homeland Security are within State, Federal or local government and are overseen by the Federal Department of Homeland Security. No matter the precise role, the goal is the same: to serve, prepare and protect the U.S. and its citizens from disasters (natural and man-made), widespread health issues and terrorism. They often work in tandem with social services, transportation, public health and safety, environmental groups and relief organizations.
